2009 Amparo de Niñas Christmas party
Empowering Orphaned Teens!
In December 2009, Teaching HOPE held a Christmas party for all of the girls at the orphanage. All 70 plus girls at the orphanage received a new pair of shoes and sneakers (which for many were the only gifts they received).
Jay, our board member in Colombia and his wife Charo attended the party and helped pass out gifts to the girls.
